Link In Support Workers are the heart of our organisation. They work directly with our service users, children and young people to support them in achieving their individual goals. There is no typical day as a Support Worker and each day, and service user, child or young person, presents its own challenges and rewards. All positions in the organisation know that they are contributing to a bigger picture, one where we as a team can strive towards making a difference in someone’s life, whether large or small.
